Andrew is the Lead Pastor at Chartwell Baptist Church in Mississauga, where he has served since the church started in 1996.  He has a passion for God and a compassion for others, particular those who struggle and are disadvantaged, with a desire to see others experience a deepening relationship with Jesus. 

He’s a storyteller with roots in the country and a deep love for what God is doing in the city.  Andrew and his wife Amy, have four sons: Johnathan, Matthew, Eric and Mitchell. He always cheers for Toronto when it comes to sports and actually believes the Leafs will win the Cup in his lifetime.  He coaches hockey and baseball in the community and loves interacting with people in real ways.

Nat is the youth and family pastor at Chartwell Baptist Church in Clarkson Village and lives in Mississauga with his wife Julie.

Nat is passionate about seeing students take their faith seriously and watching ridiculous YouTube videos (usually at the same time).

Jamie Bay

Jamie is a New Zealander who has found his home in Canada.  A big fan of the All Blacks, Jamie is excited about helping people see the kingdom of God become reality in our lives, in the lives of those we interact with and in the neighbourhoods in which we live.  He is currently in the midst of his M. Div. at Tyndale Seminary, alongside his role serving the community at Chartwell.  Jamie is married to Allison, and has two kids - Kayla and Tyler.  Alongside the All Blacks, Jamie is a fan of Crowded House, Toffee Pops, Kiwifruit, L&P and many other things New Zealand.

Rebecca taught her first Sunday school class at the age of 18 and hasn't stopped since. She graduated with a Bachelor of Education and was an elementary school teacher for six years until the birth of her first child ten years ago! She and her husband, Oliver now have three children and a dog named January. Over the past ten years, Rebecca has been raising her kids, getting to know her neighbors, and leading Bible study at the DAM youth drop-in with young moms. Rebecca and her husband have called Chartwell home for 16 years.

Rebecca's hobbies are washing dishes, doing laundry, and vacuuming, but what she really loves is being outdoors, laughing with her family, and coffee
dates with her friends. She's madly in love with Jesus and with the children at Chartwell, and is so excited to be able to invest in their lives every week as the Children's Ministry Director.

Luke Watson

Luke is a massive country music fan, an avid fisherman, and a relatively louder then normal individual. He loves hockey and attempts to play any sports he can. Luke grew up in Etobicoke where he attended high school at the Etobicoke School of the Arts. Any musical talent Luke does have can be attributed to the beloved Anne Evans, Luke's piano teacher and musical mentor.

Luke has a real passion for young people and loves to journey with them as they grow and mature in faith. Luke is currently studying at McMaster Divinity College and is hoping to one day meet Michael W. Smith, his childhood hero and modern day Icon. Luke loves people and enjoys being in the company of friends and family. Luke came to Chartwell in 2010 and is looking forward to teaming up with Nat Evans in the high school youth program and of course SAGA kids club.

Corrine Bridger has been with Chartwell since September 2004 and very much enjoys her job. It is always a pleasure to interact with members of the congregation and the community on a daily basis.

Ali is the financial administrator for the three previous Chartwell churches and can normally be found at Chartwell Baptist Church: Clarkson Village on Wednesdays and Fridays. She  was born and raised in Zimbabwe.  Ali, her husband Andy and their three kids arrived in Canada in June 2000.  Although Ali misses Africa, she loves the seasons in Canada and especially loves the ‘white stuff.’
