Each summer we rely on people willing to volunteer one or more weeks of their summer to make camp happen. We are seeking camp volunteers who are creative, outgoing, responsible and want to make a difference this summer. Volunteers should love being outside, not be afraid to act silly, enjoy being with children and want to have an unforgettable summer!
There are several ways you can volunteer this Summer:
Junior Volunteer: Students who have completed grade 8 can learn to work and lead in a Camp setting.
High School Volunteer: Students who have completed grade 9-12 can complete volunter hours and lead groups of kids.
Adult Volunteers: We are looking for people who can teach skills, lead games, teach lessons, prepare snacks or spend time with kids this summer.
Each individual must be able to provide a Criminal Reference Check (if over 16). Also certification in the Plan to Protect® child safety workshop is made available through Saga during the training session we run for all volunteers in June..
Please read the application package before filling the application out. Once completed mail the application to firstname.lastname@example.org or drop it off at Chartwell Clarkson. Please check back soon to download the application package, and the volunteer reference form
